Job summary

ALTEN India is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Chennai to lead aerospace-related BIW program streams, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control. You will oversee development, validation and industrialization activities while aligning with design system standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, adherence to project governance, and a track-record in complex product programs within automotive or aerospace sectors.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in program management or systems engineering.
• BE or Master in Mechanical/Plastic Engineering with automobile domain knowledge.
• Full-time employment status required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality, cost and delivery targets for the project.
• Manage operations of development, validation and industrialization within design system and regulatory requirements.
• Converge carry-over/carry across rate after the Pre-Contract.

• To manage the convergence of the carry-over/carry across rate after the Pre-Contract
