Job summary

ALTEN India is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Chennai to lead aerospace projects across BIW, upper body and under body domains. The role focuses on achieving quality, cost and delivery targets, while steering development, validation and industrialization of critical components in line with design systems and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 9+ years of experience and hold BE or MSc in mechanical/plastic engineering with automobile knowledge.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience in program management within automotive or aerospace projects.
• Strong understanding of development, validation and industrialization processes.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in mechanical/plastic engineering with automobile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To achieve the Quality, Cost and Delivery targets for the project.
• To manage development, validation and industrialization of components per design system and regulations.
• To converge carry-over/carry across rate after the Pre-Contract.
