Job description

## Key Areas of Responsibilities* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.* Develop new features and enhance existing Calypso configurations to support business functions effectively.* Identify performance bottlenecks within Calypso applications and optimize to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.* Work closely with production support teams during releases and issue management to ensure stability. Investigate and resolve escalated issues from the production support team. Collaborate with support teams to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions.* Adhere to and promote best practices in version control, continuous integration, and release management.* Ensure consistent documentation of design, configuration, support procedures, user manuals, and operational guidelines.* Oversee development to ensure code is thoroughly covered by unit tests.
