Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Calypso Java Developer with total IT experience of 8+ years. The ideal candidate will possess strong development and troubleshooting skills as well as knowledge of Calypso.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new features and enhancements for various Desks/Operations users in US Bank related to Calypso using Java and Calypso APIs.
• Participate in planning sessions, estimate work, test, provide L2/L3 support.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain back-office applications on the Calypso platform to support trading operation
• Collaborate with operations and trade support teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize trade processing and settlement
• Implement and maintain workflows for trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes

Skills / Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience (at least 8 years) with Java development, particularly along with Calypso APIs.
• Calypso Customizations such as Scheduled Tasks, Reports, Engines.
• Proven expertise with Calypso v16 or above
• Strong understanding of trading processes, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Calypso's transfers, message and sender frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
