InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive development of an enterprise People Management & Employee Delegation platform using MEAN stack and SQL. You will own end-to-end architecture, guide a 4–5 person team, and ensure code quality and delivery.

You will optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MS SQL Server), design scalable RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Angular, Node.js, and Express.js in complex enterprise platforms.
• Deep knowledge of database design, SQL performance tuning, and RESTful API development.

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the existing enterprise platform, including architecture, workflows, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4–5 full-stack developers, ensuring effective sprint execution and code quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Angular, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Design and optimize SQL schemas, complex queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.
• Analyze existing codebases, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Establish coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD processes to improve delivery quality.
• Collaborate with product teams and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understand and implement complex business rules involving organizational hierarchies, access controls, and employee delegation workflows.

Job Description

InfoBeans Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead – MEAN Stack & SQL to lead the development and enhancement of an enterprise People Management & Employee Delegation platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Node.js, and SQL, along with proven technical leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of 4–5 engineers. The role involves understanding existing enterprise workflows, driving technical implementation, optimizing database performance, and ensuring application stability and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4–5 full-stack developers, ensuring effective sprint execution and code quality.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Angular, Node.js, and Express.js.

Mandatory Skills

• MEAN Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and Express.js.


• Angular: Modern Angular concepts, standalone components, Signals, Reactive Forms, RxJS, and state management.


• SQL: Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server, including complex queries, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.


• MongoDB: Hands-on experience with aggregation, indexing, and schema design.


• Technical Leadership: Experience leading a development team, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.


• Backend Development: Experience developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.


• Testing & CI/CD: Familiarity with Jest or Vitest, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate existing enterprise applications, debug issues, and optimize system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications or product development platforms.


• Strong understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and system stability.


• Experience translating complex business workflows into technical implementations.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
