Job Title: Lead / Architect Angular, Next.js, MongoDB

Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Angular, Next.js, and MongoDB, along with a solid understanding of Java/Spring Boot. This role will be primarily responsible for leading technical delivery, guiding architecture decisions, and supporting new application development on modern front-end and full-stack technologies.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can take on lead responsibilities, work closely with stakeholders, and provide technical direction to the development team while remaining hands-on where needed.
