Job summary

Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd seeks a Technical Lead for M365 & EntraID to shape governance and security across the enterprise. Lead tenant operations, security posture, and Purview implementations while managing Evergreen updates and AI governance.

You will work on-site in Kolkata, collaborating with global teams, driving technical governance, and delivering scalable M365 services and reporting with Power BI and Azure Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management systems, or business administration and 5–10 years IT application support and administration, incl. leading IT projects.
• 6+ years’ experience with operation and maintenance of M365 Tenants, including L3 administrator or M365 solution architect roles.
• 5+ years as Administrator, Cloud Architect, or global development; 5+ years with PowerShell.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience creating technical concepts and driving technical implementations.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Azure Analytics, and data analysis tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of Application Access Governance, graph permissions, and Agentic AI permissions.

Responsibilities

• You will support, configure, develop, maintain, and monitor M365 Services
• Develop, document and sustain the architecture and related processes for M365 services
• Create technical concept documents, SOPs, and best practices for M365 products focusing on governance, tenant management, and security posture
• Provide governance and technical direction and act as a technical authority on M365 topics
• Analyze business requirements and solutions in the M365 context with security as a core element
• Manage changes around Microsoft updates to M365 and Entra ID
• Support services in line with service-level agreements
• Participate in Evergreen activities and transition new features into sustainable services
• Support and sustain Microsoft Purview implementations at enterprise level including DLP and sensitivity labels
• Monitor Agentic AI usage, licensing, costs, and security across the organization

• You will support, configure, develop, maintain, and monitor M365 Services
• And be responsible for developing, documenting and sustaining the architecture and relevant processes related to M365 services
• You will enforce the creation of technical concept documents, SOPs, and best practices for using M365's different line of products with a focus on M365 governance activities, Tenant Management, Security, and security posture
• Also, provide governance and technical direction and acts as a technical authority on topics related to M365 services
• Analyze and assess business requirements and solutions in the context of M365, keeping in mind security as a fundamental part of the solution
• And handle change management around Microsoft updates to the M365 and Entra ID
• You will support services in line with service-level agreements
• You will also work with Evergreen activities, plan, communicate, and perform the necessary steps to take a new feature or product into a sustainable service offering
• Moreover, support and sustain implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions at Enterprise level including DLP and Sensitivity labels
• Lastly, monitoring the usage of Agentic AI based on Copilot/Copilot Studio in the organization including licensing, costs, and security

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You must have a bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, information management systems, or business administration and 5 to 10 years+ of experience providing IT application support and administration, including experience leading IT projects
• Along with, 6+ years’ experience with the operation and maintenance of M365 Tenants, including roles as L3 administrator or M365 solution architect
• And 5+ years working as Administrator, Cloud Architect or global development also, 5+ years' experience with PowerShell
• Must have is excellent English skills, both verbally and written
• Also, experience creating technical concepts and driving technical implementations
• Good experience with Power BI, Azure Analytics, and in general with tools that allow creation, managing and analysing data
• Lastly, proven knowledge on Application Access Governance, including graph permissions, and Agentic AI permissions
