Qualifications

• Full Stack Lead with 8 to 11 Years of hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, AWS, and React or Angular
• Good in building and scaling backend systems, ideally in cloud‑first or SaaS environments.
• System Design: Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architectures.
• Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands‑on experience deploying services on AWS with Kubernetes.
• CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiar with pipelines, version control workflows, and production‑grade monitoring.
• GenAI Usage: Comfortable embedding GenAI tools into the development workflow.
• Cloud Optimization: Deep understanding of AWS security, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
