Job summary

DigitalCube Consultancy is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead - Engineering to guide a team of engineers in building scalable enterprise applications. You will own delivery, design systems with microservices, and drive best practices across the tech stack.

You will mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and influence architecture, security, and data privacy. Strong full-stack Java experience and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized institute with a good academic record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 software engineers.
• Own high-quality and timely software delivery.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Microservices architecture.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, QA and Database teams.
• Drive engineering best practices across architecture, coding, testing and documentation.
• Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases.
• Mentor, groom and develop team members.
