Job summary

Birlasoft ( India ) Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps to provide production support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS and PCMCS, ensuring stable monthly and quarterly close and reliable data integrations.

You will own incident resolution, tune performance, support planning artifacts, and collaborate with IT teams on automation, governance and release management, including EPM Automate and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, HFM and EPBCS/FCCS/EPRCS/PCMCS in production support.
• 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience in L2/L3 support.
• Strong troubleshooting for planning artifacts and metadata changes.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and data loads.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and ownership for Oracle EPM Cloud apps across EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS and PCMCS.
• Ensure stable month/quarter/year-end operations and timely incident resolution.
• Support planning artifacts: forms, dashboards, task lists, metadata changes.
• Coordinate data integrations and automate cadence with ITSM tools.

Role Summary

Provide production support and operational ownership for Oracle EPM Cloud applications across EPBCS (Planning),FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close),EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), and PCMCS (Profitability & Cost Management). Ensure stable month/quarter/year-end operations, timely incident resolution, reliable data integrations, and continuous improvements for performance, controls, and user experience.

Required Qualifications / Work Experience

• 10-12 Years of experience in Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS & PCMCS.
• 6+ yearsof hands-on Oracle EPM experience inapplication support (L2/L3).
• 6+ yearsofEPBCS (Planning)support experience covering:
  • Troubleshootingbusiness rules/calculations, runtime prompts, job failures, and performance issues
  • Support forplanning artifacts: forms, dashboards, task lists and metadata changes
  • Support forforecast/budget cycles, user issues, and data validation/reconciliation
• 3+ years of support experience acrossFCCS, EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), and PCMCS(hands-on production support and issue resolution).
• Strong experience troubleshootingintegrations/data loads(Data Integration and/or file-based loads; APIs/automation a plus).
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g.,Jira & confluence), SLA management, and stakeholder communications during critical cycles.
• Ability to provideon-call/after-hours supportduring planning and close windows.
• Experience withEPM Automate, Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and CI/CD style deployment approaches.
• Experience with EPM Cloud monthly patching, regression testing, and release management, JIRA & Release management.
• Exposure to EDMCS, EDMCS integration with ERP Cloud and all other EPM modules and formal metadata governance processes.
