Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect to deliver Oracle EPM implementation projects for clients. The role spans the full SDLC, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, with a focus on high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel onsite as needed. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Essbase, Calc scripts, Groovy scripting, and EPM cloud functionalities, and can design data integration solutions while

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in EPM implementations and 5+ projects.
• Experience building AOP/budget/forecast models in EPM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Essbase and Calc scripts/Calc Manager.
• Expertise in EPM Cloud functions: data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, workflows.
• Experience with calculation scripting and Groovy scripts.
• Proficient in EPM data integration design and implementation.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiar with planning methodologies: driver-based, what-if, LRP, rolling forecast.

Job description

Key responsibilities:-

• Act as a techno-functional solution architect to deliver Oracle EPM implementation projects to our clients
• Operate across the project SDLC phases like gathering business requirements, functional/technical design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go live support activities.
• Proactive with solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements.
• Ensure quality, correctness and completeness of all project deliverables and adhere to consulting standards that are in place
• Collaborate/communicate with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Should be willing to lead a small team of developers and build high performing teams
• Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
• Good written/verbal communication, presentation, interactive skills

To qualify for the role, you must have:-

• 8 years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules and should have completed 5+ implementation projects in Oracle EPM products.
• Experience developing AOP/budget/forecast models using oracle EPM modules such as Consolidation, Financials, Workforce, Projects, Capital, Strategic Modelling etc.
• Strong knowledge of Essbase and calc scripts/Calc manager (e.g., Outline design, member formula, calc scripts, MaxL scripts, MDX Queries)
• Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPM automate etc.
• Extensive experience in developing the calculation scripting and groovy scripts
• Proficient in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions
• Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting and forecasting processes
• Familiar with Planning methodologies such as Driver based Planning, what if Analysis, LRP, Rolling Forecast etc.

Ideally, you\'ll also have:-

• Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions such as EPCM/PCMCS, NR/EPRCS, EDMCS, FCCS etc.
• Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, etc.
• Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function
• Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients
• Proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations and achieve service delivery excellence.
