Job summary

Beyond Key leads the development of enterprise data integration solutions. You will guide design, development, and support of ETL/ELT and API-based integrations across cloud and on-premise systems.

As Technical Lead, you will mentor engineers, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Strong emphasis on performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
8+ years in Data Integration or ETL development.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Expertise in ETL/ELT design and implementation.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs.
Experience with Salesforce and cloud applications.
Strong API documentation skills using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Experience with event-driven workflows and automation.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define integration standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
Conduct technical design and code reviews.
Mentor and coach junior integration engineers and data engineers.
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes using IICS.
Build scalable data pipelines for reporting, analytics and operations.
Configure and manage cloud data connections within IICS.
Install, configure, and maintain Informatica Secure Agents.
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop integrations using REST APIs and enterprise connectors.
Create and maintain OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation.
Develop reusable API integration frameworks.
Design and manage event-driven Taskflows.
Implement workflow automation with triggers, logic, loops, routing, and assignments.
Investigate data quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support MDM initiatives and ensure data governance.

Position Summary

The Technical Lead – Data Integration is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise data integration solutions. This role collaborates closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to build scalable ETL processes, cloud integrations, and API-based solutions that enable reliable and secure data movement across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define integration standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
Mentor and coach junior integration engineers and data engineers.

Data Integration & ETL Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Build scalable data pipelines supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational systems.
Configure and manage cloud data connections within Informatica IICS.
Install, configure, and maintain Informatica Secure Agents.
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.

API & Cloud Integration

Develop integrations using REST APIs and enterprise connectors.
Implement integrations with platforms including:
- Salesforce
- Workday
- Google Analytics
- Other cloud and SaaS applications
Create and maintain OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation.
Develop reusable API integration frameworks.

Workflow Automation

Design and manage event-driven Taskflows.
Implement workflow automation using:
- Event triggers
- Decision logic
- Loops
- Conditional routing
- Task assignments

Data Quality & Governance

Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis for integration failures.
Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Implement validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
Ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.

Database & SQL

Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.
Analyze data discrepancies and support data remediation.
Optimize SQL performance for large datasets.

Production Support

Monitor production integrations.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and API issues.
Coordinate deployments and production releases.
Ensure SLA compliance for integration services.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Data Integration or ETL development.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
