Job summary

Knoldus seeks a Technical Lead – Data Integration to helm design, development, and support of enterprise data integration solutions. You will lead ETL/ELT projects, cloud integrations, and API‑based data movement across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate brings extensive IICS, REST API and SQL expertise, plus strong leadership and mentoring experience to drive standards, reviews, and scalable implementations for reporting and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Data Integration or ETL development.
3+ years of technical leadership experience.
Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Expertise in ETL/ELT design and implementation.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs.
Experience with Salesforce and cloud applications.
Strong understanding of API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Experience with event‑driven workflows and automation.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define integration standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
Mentor and coach junior integration engineers and data engineers.
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Build scalable data pipelines supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational systems.
Configure and manage cloud data connections within Informatica IICS.
Install, configure, and maintain Informatica Secure Agents.
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop integrations using REST APIs and enterprise connectors.
Implement integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Google Analytics, and other cloud/SaaS apps.
Create and maintain OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation.
Design and manage event‑driven Taskflows.
Implement workflow automation using event triggers, decision logic, loops, and conditional routing.
Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis for integration failures.
Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Implement validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.
Analyze data discrepancies and support data remediation.
Monitor production integrations; troubleshoot ETL failures and API issues.
Coordinate deployments and production releases; ensure SLA compliance.

The Technical Lead – Data Integration is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise data integration solutions. This role collaborates closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to build scalable ETL processes, cloud integrations, and API-based solutions that enable reliable and secure data movement across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), API integrations, SQL, cloud technologies, and enterprise data architecture, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
