Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Backend with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor engineering teams, establish development best practices, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead backend application design, architecture, and development using Python and FastAPI.
Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Define technical standards, coding practices, and architecture guidelines.
