Job summary

Plante Moran India Private Limited invites a dynamic Technical Lead with strong Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM) to lead design, development and implementation of enterprise data solutions. You will shape data architecture, enforce data governance, and guide a team of engineers.

Role requires 7+ years in data engineering/integration, expertise in ETL/MDM platforms, SQL and at least one language, and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in ETL and MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, CDI, CAI).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architecture (e.g., data lakes, data mesh).
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, ensuring delivery quality, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies; lead POCs and vendor assessments.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and integration.
• Assist in the development of proposals for emerging opportunities.
