Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field required. We will consider substantially equivalent certifications to satisfy some or all of the educational requirements
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience with modern web application, enterprise application development platforms, and integrations is required
• 1 or more years of experience as a Power Platform developer including Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, and Power Automate is required
• Experience with SQL and SharePoint is required
• Strong understanding of standard, premium, and custom connectors, including building and maintaining custom connectors (OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, and policies), is required
• Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of relational databases and data models
• Deep Microsoft Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and calculated/rollup columns), with sound judgment on when to use Dataverse vs. SharePoint, is required
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is desired
• Experience creating technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, designs, and operational support documentation is desired
• Pro‑code extensibility is a plus: Power Apps Code Apps (React/TypeScript, code‑first), Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components, and plugins/JavaScript; C#, REST, and JSON
• PL‑400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) certification strongly preferred
• Experience with VS Code, the Power Platform CLI, and AI‑assisted development workflows is a plus
• This position may require some local and national travel
