Job summary

Esquvi Technologies seeks a hands-on senior technical professional to independently understand business requirements, communicate with clients, and deliver high-quality PHP/Laravel applications. The role involves owning the delivery from requirements to production, mentoring a small team, and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

You will engage with US-based clients, diagnose issues, and apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining robust engineering

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of software development experience
• Strong client communication and requirement-understanding skills
• Strong PHP / Laravel experience
• REST APIs and web application development
• Git / Bitbucket / GitHub experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of software design and development practices
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
• Experience mentoring or guiding developers
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze requirements, identify solutions and take ownership from requirement to delivery.

• Stay familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Kiro, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc., and use them effectively in software development.
