Job summary

MG Marketsoft India is seeking a Lead/Senior Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps, APIs, and integrations using Laravel/PHP. As a senior member, you will mentor developers and influence architecture across client projects.

You will own technical delivery for international customers, participate in architecture discussions, and stay current with Laravel and PHP best practices to drive reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel 11/12, PHP 8+, MVC and SOLID.
• Excellent MySQL query optimization, indexing, and design.
• Experience building APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Solid Git, Composer, and modern development workflows.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap and Tailwind.
• Experience with queues, caching, scheduled jobs, authentication and security.

We are looking for a passionate Lead / Senior Laravel Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, enterprise APIs, and business integrations using Laravel/PHP framework. As a senior team member, you'll contribute to technical architecture, mentor developers, and help build reliable applications used by clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Build secure and scalable REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest Laravel ecosystem, PHP releases, and development best practices.
• Explore AI-powered features and automation opportunities to enhance products and improve developer productivity.

Required Skills:
