Job summary

Huptech HR Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Lead for AI/ML and intelligent automation. You will guide the design and development of scalable AI solutions, mentor engineers, and drive best practices across coding and app development.

You will build chatbots, NLP systems, LLM-based applications, and production-ready AI APIs. Stay updated on Generative AI trends and lead innovation projects within the organization.

Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development including minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer role.
• Proven experience in building production-level AI applications.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
• Background in service-based or product engineering companies preferred.
