Job summary

Orange Business is hiring for a senior role focused on ITSM, Observability, and ServiceNow development. The candidate will lead development, deployment, configuration, and integration initiatives and drive opportunities with presales teams.

With over a decade in digital integration and ITSM, you will collaborate globally, engage AI-enabled solutions, and help shape a scalable, hybrid working environment across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in digital integration, ITSM platform and Observability.
• Service Now development, configuration and integration experience.
• Good experience on AI and Agentic AI integration.
