Job summary

Orange Business in Mumbai seeks an accomplished ITSM and Observability specialist to lead development, deployment, configuration, upgrading and integration efforts across global projects. You will collaborate with solution and presales teams on new opportunities, shaping architectures and driving AI-enabled integration using ServiceNow.

A decade of digital integration experience is expected, with strong ServiceNow development and configuration skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in digital integration, ITSM platform and Observability.
• ServiceNow development, configuration and integration experience.
• Experience with AI and Agentic AI integration; ServiceNow architecture verification.

Responsibilities
