Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead GenAI to build and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows. The role requires guiding a small team and delivering scalable GenAI solutions in a hybrid setup.

You will work with Azure, C#/.NET or Python, and GenAI frameworks to create agentic workflows, tool calling, grounding, and guardrails. Lead 3+ engineers through production releases while maintaining code quality and CI/CD discipline.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on software development and AI/GenAI leadership experience.
• Experience delivering production‑grade AI agents with tool calling and guardrails.
• Strong background in Azure, .NET/Python and LLM frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead 3+ engineers through production releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of production‑ready AI agents and workflows.
• Oversee integration with Azure/.NET or Python stacks in GenAI projects.
• Mentor team of engineers and enforce CI/CD, code reviews, and monitoring.
• Ensure guardrails and grounding for reliable AI agents.

Work Mode : Hybrid 3 Days WFO
