• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET technologies, including C#, WPF, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Event‑driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, and SQL Server.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high‑quality software development.
• Drive architectural decisions and system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, MQTT‑based Event‑driven architectures, and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, SOLID principles, and database design.
• Hands‑on experience and knowledge of C++ would be a valuable addition.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Drive Agile development methodologies, including Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Oversee code quality, debugging, performance tuning, and technical debt management.
• Experience in Windows Applications, Web Services, Web API development, and cloud‑based deployments (Azure/AWS).
• Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Ensure seamless integration of components, efficient data flow, and system reliability.
• Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to enhance team productivity and software quality.
