The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams during day shifts to deliver reliable services that support financial inclusion and seamless digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end design and implementation of payment services using Java Sprint Boot and Net Java ensuring stability security and performance across all core transaction flows
• Oversee translation of complex cards and payments business requirements into clear technical solutions that enable seamless customer experiences and reliable transaction processing
• Provide technical guidance to the development team on best practices code structuring and reusable component creation to support scalable payment platforms
• Drive continuous improvement of payment processing systems by analyzing transaction patterns identifying bottlenecks and recommending targeted optimizations
• Coordinate with product owners business analysts and quality assurance experts to align technical deliverables with regulatory compliance and industry standards in the cards and payments space
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and data protection controls to safeguard cardholder information and reduce operational and financial risk
