Job summary

Concentrix Bangalore is seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead backend design and delivery of payment platform services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate and microservices. You will collaborate with business teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on Java/J2EE experience, strong REST API and SQL skills, and experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience in Digital Payments, Mobile Wallets, FinTech, Banking, or Telecom Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Lead - Java/J2EE, Payments Platform
