Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, and Oracle DB to lead end‑to‑end development for enterprise applications. You will be responsible for architecting scalable full‑stack solutions, writing clean code, guiding junior developers, and delivering features in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and perform code reviews for a team of 3-5 full‑stack developers.
• Backend Development: Design and build high‑performance, secure backend services using Java 8+/17 and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Development: Architect and build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Database Management: Write optimized Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code (stored procedures, packages, complex queries, performance tuning).
• API & System Design: Design RESTful APIs and integrate frontend UI seamlessly with backend services and Oracle databases.
• Sprint Delivery: Work closely with product managers and architects to break down requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Backend: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Frontend: Hands‑on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Redux/Context API).
• Database: Strong command of Oracle DB, PL/SQL, SQL query optimization, and indexing.
• Leadership: Experience leading a small team, reviewing code, and establishing best development practices.
• Availability: Immediate joiner or currently serving a notice period (LWD within 15 days).

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with automated testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant software development experience with at least 1-2 years in a lead capacity.
