Job summary

Sonata Software, based in Bengaluru, seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end SPM implementations for enterprise clients, preferably in the US healthcare domain.

This client-facing consulting and leadership role will guide discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation guidance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer, while leading a small implementation team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM/PPM experience.
• Experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations.
• Strong expertise in: Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Investment Planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, roles, reporting, and platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of configuration vs customization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations for enterprise clients.
• Drive discovery sessions and requirements gathering with client stakeholders.
• Define BRD, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Mentor a 2-3 member ServiceNow implementation team.

Job Title- ServiceNow SPM Lead / Solution Architect

Location- Remote/ Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead / Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations for enterprise clients, preferably in the US healthcare domain.

This is a client-facing consulting and leadership role where you will drive the complete implementation lifecycle, from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to solution design, implementation guidance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. You will serve as the primary SPM expert while leading a small implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consulting & Requirements Management
• Lead discovery sessions and business workshops with client stakeholders.
• Understand current portfolio, project, demand, resource, and investment management processes.
• Convert business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Prepare and own Business Requirement Documents (BRD), use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Provide recommendations aligned with ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.

Design and lead implementation of ServiceNow SPM capabilities including:

• Strategic Planning
• Project Management
• Demand Management
• Resource Management
• Program Management
• Roadmaps & Strategic Goals

Define:

• Roles & Security Model
• Reporting & Governance Framework
• Lead and mentor a 2-3 member ServiceNow implementation team.
• Guide configuration and development activities.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Testing & Deployment

• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Review test scenarios and ensure business requirement coverage.
• Coordinate go-live, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills
