Job summary

RBM Software is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Tech Lead to design and deliver GenAI and agentic AI systems. You will build LLM-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise AI solutions, guiding architecture, development, and deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms. You will mentor peers and own end-to-end AI delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience with hands-on coding.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar.
• Experience deploying AI apps in production.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
