Job summary

Dotsquares is seeking a Tech Lead AI/ML to architect and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions, leading a team of engineers. You will translate client needs into scalable systems from POC to MVP to production.

You will guide AI/ML architecture, model development, and deployment while collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Python, ML, and Deep Learning experience.
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise applications.
• Lead solutions involving ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, CV, and Multimodal AI.
• Build LLM applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
• Design RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI agents.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
• Lead model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Design AI infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and drive technical decisions.
• Participate in client discussions, solution design, POCs, proposals, and pre-sales.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise applications.
• Lead solutions involving ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI.
• Build LLM applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
• Design RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI agents.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
• Lead model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Design AI infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
