Talent21 Management and Shared Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, Telangana is seeking a seasoned .NET Technical Lead to architect and implement scalable microservices in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor engineers, apply advanced design patterns, lead performance tuning, and own end-to-end delivery from backend services to modern front-ends using React/TypeScript.

Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines are essential for shipping reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with C# and .NET for microservices at scale.
• Strong grasp of multithreading, memory management and backend performance.
• Fluent in event-driven architecture with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in design patterns for reliable, testable, extensible systems.
• Ability to log with smart, actionable, structured data.
• Advanced frontend skills with JavaScript, React and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable front ends using GraphQL and Kendo UI.
• Familiar with Storybook and Webpack in design systems.
• Cloud DevOps experience on AWS/Azure and IaC tooling.
• Hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation and IaC best practices.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Fargate).
• CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
