Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking a Senior .NET Technical Lead in Pune to spearhead enterprise application development, modernization efforts, and cloud transformations. You will lead design and development using modern .NET, Azure, microservices, and secure APIs, while remaining hands-on when required.

You will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps, and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, PMs, BAs, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall .NET experience
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead/leadership role
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Drive legacy .NET modernization, monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud migration.
• Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, standards, and best practices.
• Develop secure and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Perform hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for complex technical challenges.
