Role Overview

As a Technical Knowledge Management Specialist , you’ll own the creation, organization, and quality of Kazam’s technical documentation and knowledge assets. From building centralized knowledge hubs to ensuring clean, consistent, and accessible content, you’ll be the go-to for all things documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage structured knowledge libraries (e.g., SOPs, playbooks, product docs, bid content)
• Edit and review technical documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance with style guides
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to maintain technical accuracy
• Use XML/DITA tools (e.g., oXygen, FrameMaker) to author and update documentation
• Drive usage and adoption of KM platforms (SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• Track content health, version control, and usage metrics
• Facilitate content sharing and enablement across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years in technical writing, documentation, or knowledge management
• Strong editorial skills (grammar, structure, formatting)
• Experience with XML, DITA, or similar markup languages
• Familiarity with content platforms (SharePoint, Notion, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
