NetWeb Software ISO 008 Certified is seeking a Technical Integration Analyst to support analysis, design, testing, and ongoing improvement of enterprise integration and automation solutions. The role connects enterprise applications and streamlines business processes across internal and B2B operations.

The Technical Integration Analyst supports the analysis, design, testing, and ongoing improvement of enterprise integration andautomation solutions. This rolehelps connect enterprise applications and streamline key business processes across internal and B2B operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative,detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, acontinuous-improvement mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-qualitysolutions.
Key responsibilities:
· Supportenterprise integration and automation initiatives across multiple technologiesand business areas, including hybrid application integration, B2B partner andsupplier integration, workflow automation, APIs, microservices, and dataintegration.
· Collaborate with stakeholdersand technical teams to gather, clarify, and document technical requirements. Contribute to solution analysis, design, and testingwhile following established architecture,standards, andbest practices.
· Analyze and profile data using SQL and databasequerying skills to understand data structures, business use cases, and solutionrequirements, with attention to data quality and master data managementpractices.
· Prepare clear project documentation, includingtechnical requirements, specifications, test documentation, system and operationsguides, issue or enhancement requests, and disasterrecovery materials.
· Participate in quality assurance activities, including deliverablereviews and testing, to help ensure solutions meet business and technicalrequirements.
· Work with technical teams on configuration management activities,particularly for B2B solutions.
· Identify and communicate issues and risks in a timely manner forproper management.
· Troubleshoot integration-related incidents, document findings, andhelp resolve issues through appropriate corrective actions.
· Collaborate with architects and senior developers, participate inknowledge-sharing opportunities, and continue building expertise in integrationtools and practices.
· Support the lifecycle management of integration components, APIs,and automation scripts, including versioning, documentation, and retirement ofoutdated assets.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, orrelated field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
· 3–5 years of experience supporting analysis, design, testing, anddelivery of integration and automation solutions.
· Knowledge of integration standards,design patterns, RESTful/SOAP APIs, API gateway concepts, and API testing toolssuch as Postman.
· Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, andorganizational skills, with the ability to explain technical informationclearly and manage multiple priorities.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to workindependently, meet deadlines, and participate in on-call support as needed.
