Job summary

ThreatXIntel is seeking an experienced Software Engineer Integrations with 5+ years in API integrations, customer-facing implementations, SSO, Java, Angular, and cloud platforms. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and maintaining integration solutions between customer systems and products using available APIs.

You will work closely with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver successful integrations and provide ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems/Integration Engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on API implementations and integrations expertise.
• Strong SSO concepts and implementation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Java and Angular.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with XML-related technologies (XML, XSLT, XSD).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions between client systems and products.
• Support customers through end-to-end API implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and SSO implementations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve products.
• Communicate updates, enhancements, defects, and upcoming features to stakeholders.
• Assist cross-functional teams in resolving integration issues and onboarding customers.
• Drive continuous improvements in API usage and integration processes.
• Develop software solutions using Java and Angular.
• Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Manage and drive integration projects independently to completion.

The role will focus on implementing, supporting, and maintaining integration solutions between customer systems and products using available APIs. Mandatory Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Engineering, API Engineering, Technical Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with API implementations and integrations.
• Good understanding of SSO concepts and implementation approaches.
