Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New Delhi is seeking a Technical Facility Executive to manage and optimize building systems, including electricity substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS, across our on-site portfolio. The role requires 4–12 years hands-on experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses, and a diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

This position is on-site, with a 6-day workweek, general shift 9AM–6PM, and immediate joiner; HR

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management in commercial buildings or IT campuses.
• Core skills: Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, breakdown troubleshooting, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS.
• Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental norms.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track SLAs.
• Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.

• Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental statutory norms.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track service level agreements.
• Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.
