Job summary

JLL Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Technical Executive Account Management for Work Dynamics to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical, HVAC, and building management systems while driving energy efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 5–8 years in facility management or technical services, with a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in Facility Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Experience in vendor management and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of building, statutory compliance and safety regulations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA).
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance per schedule.
• Monitor facility performance and energy usage; implement savings initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC execution and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements and regulations.
• Maintain records, logs, maintenance schedules, and audit docs.
• Support office fit-outs, projects and technical upgrades as needed.
• Attend emergencies and close technical issues promptly.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations.

Senior Technical Executive Account Management – Work Dynamics (region/country)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
• Monitor facility performance, utility consumption, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC execution and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, logbooks, maintenance schedules, and audit documentation.
• Support office fit-outs, projects, and technical upgrades as required.
• Attend emergencies and ensure timely closure of technical issues.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless facility operations and service delivery.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Experience in vendor management and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of building, statutory compliance and safety regulations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
