Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Executive to oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations of a township, ensuring uninterrupted MEP performance and safety compliance. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize all systems, lead a shift team, and coordinate with vendors to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in residential townships, commercial buildings, or large facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
  • Hands-on experience with BMS operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, operate, and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC, LT panels, DG sets, pumps, STP/ WTP, fire systems, elevators, lighting, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and record performance of all plant & machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Manage and supervise technicians during the shift.
  • Ensure accurate shift handover logs and documentation.
  • Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise vendor activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Verify and document work completion for maintenance tasks and AMC services.
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Support emergency preparedness, fire drills, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain daily reports, checklists, breakdown logs, and utility consumption records.
  • Report major incidents/equipment failures to the Estate Manager immediately.

. Position Overview

This role ensures high service delivery standards and immediate response to technical issues during the assigned shift.

2. Key Responsibilities
