Responsibilities

• Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site and ensure energy conservation practices.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Support in procurement management for technical services to the client.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and service level targets; coordinate day-to-day O&M activities.
• Maintain critical and general area uptime above required standards; manage building incident reporting.
