Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience with a strong software engineering background.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on development, technical lead, or architecture background.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud services.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven success in leading geographically distributed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad in a hybrid model and support shift-based project requirements.
