Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group in India is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Sales and Marketing during launches, trials, and promotions. The role focuses on ensuring product data accuracy and smooth field execution.

You will coordinate with Quality and Production to address customer issues, prepare and update technical documentation, and drive compliance with ASTM, ISO, CE standards while delivering training to internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing teams for product launches, trials, and promotional activities.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare, review, and update technical documentation for new and existing products, including: Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Method Statements, Test reports and third-party certifications.
• Identify applicable industry standards and certification (ASTM, ISO, CE) requirements and drive compliance for products.
• Design and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
