Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking an experienced Technical Director in Bengaluru to lead large software engineering teams, oversee end-to-end delivery, and drive technical execution across Android Applications, BSPs, Drivers, and Frameworks.

The role requires 25+ years in software development and a strong track record in leadership, customer management, and budget oversight. You will guide resources and initiatives to ensure quality, timelines, and strategic alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, and management.
• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science from a reputed institution.
• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering Android-based projects/products.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Android Mobile Applications, Android BSP / BSP Drivers, and Android Framework
• Strong experience in project monitoring, tracking, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Proven people management experience, including employee grievance handling and team development.
• Strong decision-making, crisis management, escalation management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing engineering operations, resources, and project budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering Android‑based projects/products.




• Strong hands‑on expertise in Android Mobile Applications, Android BSP / BSP Drivers, Android Framework




• Strong experience in project monitoring, tracking, delivery, and stakeholder management.
