Job summary

Mobilab seeks an experienced Engineering Manager Software to lead the development of Android applications and connected software platforms. You will stay hands-on with technology while guiding a talented team toward delivering reliable, scalable products.

The role requires a strong background in Android development (Kotlin preferred), leadership across software projects, and a knack for architecture, APIs, databases and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Android application development, preferably using Kotlin.
• Experience leading software projects and engineering teams end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Experience with Bluetooth/BLE, IoT or hardware-connected applications will be preferred.
• Backend development experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to take end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities
