Job summary

CoreTek Labs is seeking a Workday Technical Developer for the Bangalore/Hyderabad area. You will work on Workday integrations, build and modify Business Processes, and analyze requirements to design HCM solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll. You will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to reporting and security configurations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Experience with relational databases and DB design principles.
• Awareness of usability and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
