Job summary

Innominds Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery across ISV, OEM, and Enterprise accounts. You will combine strong technical delivery skills with strategic, executive stakeholder management.

The role requires MBA from an IIM and a solid technical foundation, along with proven P&L ownership and experience leading delivery programs in multi-account settings.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in technical program/delivery management across ISV, OEM, and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering, cloud, SaaS, or systems integration.
• Proven account P&L ownership and commercial negotiation experience.
• Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery; ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery for our ISV, OEM, and Enterprise accounts — a role combining strong technical delivery skills with the strategic and stakeholder-management strengths of an IIM background.

Preferred

• Background in a product company, GCC, or IT services firm.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps exposure.
• PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe certification.

Education

• MBA from an IIM (mandatory); B.E./B.Tech preferred as base qualification.
