Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic technology initiatives including Generative AI enhancements, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and workflow automation.
• Design, develop, and support production-grade RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
• Drive platform modernization programs including upgrades, EOL remediation, debt reduction, and performance optimization.
• Ensure platform scalability, stability, resilience, and operational excellence across critical applications.
• Own incident management, production support governance, problem management, and RCA activities.
• Drive adoption of AI-led automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive the delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of AI-powered platforms and business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, Generative AI solutions, Agentic AI systems, and production support environments. This role combines technical leadership, AI innovation, team mentorship, platform modernization, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable and resilient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives including Generative AI enhancements, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and workflow automation.
• Design, develop, and support production-grade RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions.
• Drive platform modernization programs including technology upgrades, EOL remediation, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Ensure platform scalability, stability, resilience, and operational excellence across critical business applications.
• Own incident management, production support governance, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Drive adoption of AI-led automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide structured communication on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of Developers, QA Engineers, and Operations SMEs.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Support organization-wide upskilling initiatives in Generative AI, Platform Engineering, and modern software delivery practices.

Mandatory Experience

• Strong experience working within Python-based application ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven implementation experience with:
  • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI Agents / Agentic Systems
  • Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering
  • OpenAI and/or Anthropic Foundation Models
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing end-to-end technical execution.
• Proven experience in platform upgrades, migration programs, technical debt reduction, and EOL remediation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of production support, incident management, problem management, and RCA processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong Python development experience with hands-on coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
• Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering.
• OpenAI and/or Anthropic Foundation Models.
• Git / GitHub.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Technical Lead with proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, leading cross-functional teams, driving modernization initiatives, and supporting mission-critical production environments. Candidates with strong GenAI implementation experience and basic understanding of UIPath workflows will be highly preferred.
