Job summary

Good co India seeks a seasoned AI transformation leader to drive enterprise GenAI programs from strategy to production, shaping roadmaps, business cases, ROI, and value realization.

You will partner with C-suite and across business, tech, and data teams, lead cross-functional initiatives across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and build governance, change management, and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and GenAI transformation initiatives from strategy through value realization.
• Develop enterprise AI transformation roadmaps prioritizing high-impact use cases.
• Partner with business, technology, data, product, and operations leaders to identify AI opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI, LLM, AI Agent, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Conduct AI use-case discovery, business case development, ROI analysis, and value assessment.
• Lead POCs and pilots and transition validated solutions into production.
• Define AI adoption frameworks covering governance, responsible AI, security, risk, and change management.
• Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
• Manage senior stakeholders and communicate AI strategy, progress, risks, benefits, and outcomes to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, data science, engineering, operations, and partners.
• Develop operating models, implementation plans, KPIs, and AI adoption metrics.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and assess applicability to enterprise needs.
• Support vendor evaluation, RFPs, solution assessments, and partnerships.
• Drive organizational change management and AI literacy initiatives.
• Ensure programs are delivered within scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and governance.

• Partner with business, technology, data, product, and operations leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process and business transformation.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI, LLM, AI Agent, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Conduct AI use-case discovery, business case development, ROI analysis, and value assessment.
• Lead POCs and pilots and drive successful transition of validated solutions into production.
• Define AI adoption frameworks covering governance, responsible AI, security, risk, compliance, and change management.
• Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
• Manage senior stakeholders and communicate AI strategy, progress, risks, benefits, and business outcomes to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, product strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI transformation programs or enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, AI automation, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases and translate business problems into practical technology solutions.
• Strong experience in AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, business case development, ROI analysis, and value realization.
• Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, AI risk, data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Experience with process reengineering, operating model transformation, workflow automation, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, data analytics, machine learning, and AI/ML solution architecture is preferred.
• Strong program/project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, influencing, and executive-level engagement skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior business and technology leadership.
• Prior experience in management/technology consulting, Big 4, strategy consulting, or large enterprise transformation is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Technology Management, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Management is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in AI/GenAI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, Change Management, or Project Management are desirable.
