Job summary

The Briminc is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in Pune with 8+ years of experience to drive delivery of large-scale Java-based microservices projects. You will lead a development team, translate client needs into actionable tasks, and ensure architectural best practices across services. Strong cloud, CI/CD, and debugging skills are essential.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, and delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a development team to ensure timely delivery.
• Deep hands-on experience with Java and Spring stack.
• Strong understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical tasks.
