Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an experienced data engineering leader to drive large-scale data migration and modernization programs in a cloud environment. This role emphasizes SAS-to-cloud migrations, modern data platforms, and regulatory/data governance compliance.

You will lead multi-pod delivery teams (20+ resources), work with banking/FS/insurance domains, and ensure delivery excellence across DBT, PySpark, and the GCP stack.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in technical delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration and modernization programs.
• Strong experience in SAS to Cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience leading multi-pod delivery teams (20+ resources).
• Hands-on experience with DBT and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and data governance requirements.
