Accion Labs in Pune, India, seeks a hands-on Technical Lead for data engineering and AI to design and scale data platforms on Google Cloud. You will own architecture, code, and delivery.

You will work with dbt, Airflow, BigQuery and GCS, mentor engineers, review code, and drive best practices. Strong cloud experience and 10+ years required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data/Software Engineering.
• Strong SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS, IAM) or any other cloud (AWS/ Azure).
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, and modern ELT platforms.

Overview

Looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to build and scale data platforms and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This role combines architecture, coding, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable data pipelines and architecture

Requirements
