jadeglobal seeks a TE6 Technical Customization & Extension Lead to own the architecture and delivery of platform extensions, custom codebases, and tailored business solutions built on core enterprise apps.
You will govern extension frameworks, lead pro-code development, enforce design patterns, and drive secure, scalable multi-tenant deployments while balancing bespoke client needs with upgrade paths.
As a TE6 Technical Customization & Extension Lead, you will own the architectural integrity, design, and technical delivery of platform extensions, custom codebases, and tailored business solutions built on top of core enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM, or proprietary SaaS engines). At the TE6 level, you act as the highest technical authority for custom engineering, balancing product scalability with bespoke client or functional requirements. You will govern low-code/no-code extension frameworks, lead pro-code custom development, establish extension design patterns, and prevent core platform bloat.
Define clean separation between core application code and custom extensions using side-by-side extension patterns, microservices, and serverless architectures (e.g., SAP BTP, Salesforce Web Components, Service-Engine Extensions, AWS Lambda).
Design custom data model extensions, custom UI/UX modules, and custom business logic engines while ensuring zero technical debt on platform upgrade paths.
Establish strict coding standards, review mechanisms, and CI/CD automated test policies for all custom builds.
Evaluate custom enhancement requests to prevent "over-customization"-advocating for standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations wherever viable.
Manage API contracts, custom hooks, webhooks, and custom event listeners to keep extensions modular and decoupled.
Lead a dedicated team of custom development engineers, technical leads, and solution developers across complex implementation sprints.
Perform deep-dive code reviews and guide teams on advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and memory management in custom components.
Ensure all custom extensions comply with Enterprise Security Policies (input sanitization, vulnerability scans, OWASP standards, role-based access).
Maintain automated release management, continuous delivery pipeline integration, and hotfix strategies for multi-tenant environments.
